According to an official release, Shah stated that sustained and coordinated efforts by security agencies have significantly weakened terrorist networks. He stressed that the policy of zero tolerance against terrorism would continue, directing all forces to carry out targeted and intelligence-driven operations in mission mode.
The Home Minister lauded the security forces for improving the ground situation in recent years and emphasised the need for heightened vigilance and seamless coordination among all agencies. He underlined that the gains achieved after the abrogation of Article 370 must be consolidated through continuous operational pressure on remaining terror elements.
All necessary resources will be made available to achieve the objective of a terror-free Jammu and Kashmir, Shah said, making it clear that security and development would go hand in hand.
Officials said the meeting concluded with clear instructions for security agencies to work in close coordination with the civil administration so that security measures actively support development initiatives and public welfare across the Union Territory.Amit Shah J&K security review
